Fantastic experience! We weren't the "ideal" customers as we weren't buying a Mercedes but a pre-owned Honda Odyssey, but we never felt like less of a priority! We inquired about the van before it was ready, but Harrison was very friendly, helpful and responsive and went out of his way to keep us updated on the status and called us as soon as it became available. We drove home in it today and couldn't be happier. Very pleasant experience!

They have always been very helpful when I need something and have always been willing to help me when I have questions about my vehicle.
My service advisor, Jenna Henry, was very efficient and polite. She even called me a couple of days before my appointment to reschedule it to allow time to receive a maintenance part. I waited for my car since everything was maintenance related. I waited about 3 hours since this was the 50,000 mile (20 year) service which included changing all 16 spark plugs on my 2006 CL55 AMG. I’m very pleased with experience.

I can't. say enough about how super Zach was to work with. The dealership was great (with good prices) but best of all was the way Zach took such great care in each detail of the transaction. This was, without a doubt, the best and certainly most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had. I live in St Louis and will probably not have occasion to be there again, but based on my experience, if you are anywhere near Wichita looking for a Mercedes, go to Walser and ask for Zach!

Twice I’ve had to bring my vehicle in for minor cosmetic things and Hunter has always taken care of me and made sure the process is efficient as possible. He goes above and beyond to make the experience pleasant and ensure that I have a loaner when necessary to accommodate my schedule.

Lam at Walser Mercedes is the best. He’s not some shiesty car salesman but a genuine guy. My father has purchased a lot of cars over the years from Lam, which shows Lam is legit. I purchased my first Mercedes from Lam after switching from BMWs and he made purchasing a car the easiest it’s ever been. He took his time to explain things and make sure that everything in the contract was exactly what we agreed upon.

The service department has been consistently disappointing. If you purchase a Mercedes, I strongly recommend finding a reputable independent shop, because my experience here has been that issues are neither accurately diagnosed nor properly repaired—despite premium pricing.
Most recently, I drove two hours for an appointment, spent over four hours waiting, and paid nearly $1,000, only to leave with the exact same problem I arrived with. Being told afterward that they would “take another look at it” is not an acceptable outcome, especially when each visit requires a full day of travel and lost time. My wife handled it. Great car service. Very informative and top notch . Negative was TV over loud in waiting room. And blaring Fox News which is unsavory for 1/3 of your market share and shows you’re inattentive to market details.
I had a very disappointing experience with Mercedes of Wichita. I purchased a used vehicle that did not come with headrests or the floor mats, which was unacceptable. The paint job was poorly done, and overall the condition of the vehicle did not meet expectations.
I also waited over three weeks to receive my vehicle, and there was no meaningful discount or price negotiation to make up for the issues. The sales representative was not helpful and did not adequately address the concerns I raised.

The car was outstanding. The communication/customer service was acceptable, but less than stellar. I was very concerned about the wire transfer because I was purchasing the car sight unseen due to distance. It worked out fine, but I felt there could have been better communication.
